Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Bent Lever Motorsports collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes information connected with this motorcycle inventory website.
Information you provide
A sales inquiry may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred response method, message, and the motorcycle you asked about. A trade value request may also include details about your motorcycle, mileage, condition, ownership, address or ZIP code, and any photos you choose to upload.
Inventory engagement information
This site creates a random browser identifier in local storage. It records inventory-detail views, sales-phone button selections, and inquiry or trade-form events associated with that identifier. We use this as anonymous engagement tracking and do not join the engagement record to the name, email address, phone number, message, or trade photos you submit; the random identifier can still distinguish one browser from another. Hosting and content-delivery providers may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, requested page, and time of access.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to your request, discuss a motorcycle, and prepare a preliminary trade estimate. We use engagement and technical information to understand inventory interest, improve the site, keep the service reliable, prevent abuse, and enforce submission limits.
Text messages and marketing
If you select text message and affirm the consent shown with the inquiry form, Bent Lever Motorsports may text the number you provide about that specific inquiry. For a trade request, your checked consent authorizes contact about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not use an inquiry or trade-request number for unrelated marketing texts unless you provide separate consent.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to operate this site and deliver requests, including Netlify for website hosting, Supabase for database, storage, and server functions, and Resend for email delivery. Google Fonts and jsDelivr provide website assets. These providers process information on our behalf under their own service terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or the business, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell the personal information submitted through these forms.
Retention
Short-lived rate-limit fingerprints are scheduled for deletion after about one day. Browser-identifier inventory engagement records are retained with the vehicle’s inventory history and currently do not expire automatically. Inquiry and trade-request details, email copies, and trade photos may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. Copies held in backups may remain until those backups cycle out.
Your choices and deletion requests
You may ask what information we have about your inquiry or trade request, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for future contact. Submit an inventory inquiry with “Privacy request” in the message or call 360-891-6900. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when legally required or needed for security and recordkeeping.
Children, security, and changes
This inventory service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. We may update this notice as the site or our practices change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
